At Finns Style, we strive to deliver premium-quality press-on nails with care. However, if a return is approved under our return policy, we’ll process your refund promptly and transparently.
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
1. You received a damaged or wrong product
2. A replacement is not available
3. Your return request was approved, and the item has been successfully picked up and verified
⏳ Refund Timeline
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).
> Note: Refunds may take additional time to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.
We do not issue refunds for:
1. Customer dissatisfaction with color, size, or style after receiving the correct product
2. Returns requested after 3 days of delivery
3. Products used or returned in damaged/incomplete condition
4. Orders where pickup failed due to customer unavailability
If your product is eligible for return, and stock is available, we will first try to offer a free replacement. Refunds are issued only when replacement is not possible.
