🛍️ Eligible Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
You received the wrong product
The product arrived damaged or defective
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color/design, or incorrect size selection once the correct product has been delivered.
⏳ Return Window
You must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving your order.
Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for return or replacement.
🚚 Return Process

Clear photos/video showing the issue
2. Once verified, we will arrange a free pickup from your address within 2–4 business days.
3. Returned items must be:
In original condition
Unused, with all nails and accessories included
🔁 Replacements
If the item is in stock, we will ship a replacement at no extra charge. If it is out of stock, we will issue a full refund as per our refund policy.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Products returned without prior approval
Items damaged due to customer mishandling
